What support can cover

  • Website access issues, broken links, page rendering problems, and content corrections.
  • Bug reports for applications, dashboards, PWAs, mobile apps, APIs, or prototypes.
  • Accessibility barriers and accommodation requests.
  • Privacy access, deletion, export, or correction requests.
  • Security reports and responsible disclosure.
  • DPA, BAA, client data, and compliance-routing requests.

Response and priority

Response times depend on request type, severity, service relationship, and available support terms. Critical security, privacy, and client-service issues are generally prioritized above general questions. Exact service-level commitments require a separate written agreement.
